About CARFdesk
CARFdesk exists because the UK's Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework landed on every UK-connected crypto platform on 1 January 2026 — and most of the writing about it is law-firm commentary, not working tools. We build the tools: free scope checks and validators anyone can use, and reporting software for platforms that need to file.
[FOUNDER BIO — pending]
Two things we are not: a law firm (everything here is information, not advice), and an enterprise sales funnel (the tools are free, pricing is published, and you only ever talk to us when you want to).
How this site works
Guides cite primary sources — the legislation, HMRC's manuals, the OECD schema — and carry a visible "last reviewed" date. When HMRC or the OECD publishes something that changes a guide, it's updated the same week with a changelog entry. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll fix it, credited.
